Echo Technologist - Westerville, OH

Exciting opportunity available for an experienced Echo Tech to provide essential imaging services in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position spans 13 weeks and is ideal for professionals who are passionate about patient care and cardiac diagnostics.

Schedule:

• 5x8 hour day shifts
• Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm

Qualifications:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Registered with ARDMS or CCI (Cardiovascular Credentialing International)
• Demonstrated experience as an Echo Tech, with competency in echocardiography imaging
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality echocardiograms in accordance with physician orders and accepted protocols
• Analyze imaging results, recognize abnormalities, and prepare preliminary reports for physician review
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring all diagnostic tools are in optimal condition
• Provide clear explanations and support to patients, addressing any concerns during procedures
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate record-keeping in compliance with policy and regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery
