Echo Technologist - Westerville, OH

Skilled professionals with a background in echocardiography have an excellent opportunity to contribute expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting for a 13-week contract assignment. The role focuses on cardiac imaging, utilizing your proficiency in advanced echocardiographic studies to support patient care and clinical operations.

Schedule:

• 5 x 8-hour day shifts
• Monday through Friday
• 7:30am – 4:00pm

Essential Qualifications:

• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Registered credentials with ARDMS or CCI (Echo specialty)
• Demonstrated experience performing standard and complex echocardiography procedures
• Proficiency with cardiac imaging technology and related equipment
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pathology as it relates to echocardiography
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with patients and healthcare teams
• Commitment to maintaining high standards for patient safety and image quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic echocardiogram procedures, including transthoracic and, as applicable, stress and transesophageal studies
• Record and analyze cardiovascular data for physician interpretation
• Ensure equipment is operated and maintained according to manufacturer and regulatory standards
• Prepare and position patients appropriately to obtain optimal images
• Document procedures and maintain meticulous records in accordance with facility protocols
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive cardiac care

$2,219 - $2,339/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
