This engaging role is perfect for an experienced Cardiac EP Tech looking to enhance their resume with exposure to diverse electrophysiology and catheterization lab practices. Schedule/Hours:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 5:30 pm
- 13-week assignment
Key Qualifications:
- ARRT with RCIS or RCES certification, and current BLS required
- Minimum of 2 years of dedicated EP lab experience; experience in operating room (OR) settings required
- Proven expertise in electrophysiology procedures such as ablations and LAAOs; strong cath lab background necessary
- Ability to float between EP and cath lab; experience scrubbing is a plus
- Flexibility to assist with TEE/CVs as needed (intra-procedure support, documentation, procedure tracking, circulating)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Primarily support EP lab procedures, ensuring optimal patient care and technical proficiency
- Float to cath lab to provide coverage as necessary
- Occasionally assist with intra-procedure TEE/CVs, focusing on documentation and procedural support
- Maintain meticulous records, follow safety protocols, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team
