Endoscopy Technician | Kent, Ohio

This contract role calls for an experienced Endoscopy Technician/Endo Tech to provide essential support during cases, contributing to the highest standards of care.

Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• 7am–3pm shift

Qualifications:

• Valid BLS certification (required)
• Demonstrated expertise as an Endoscopy Technician
• Proficient in scrubbing endoscopy cases and assisting clinicians
• Skilled in cleaning and maintaining scopes and endoscopy equipment
• Willingness and ability to take call as needed
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with nurses and physicians

Responsibilities:

• Prepare procedure rooms and equipment for endoscopic procedures
• Scrub cases and provide technical support during endoscopic interventions
• Thoroughly clean and disinfect scopes following strict protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment use and cleaning
• Support patient comfort and safety before, during, and after procedures
• Respond quickly and effectively to urgent situations during procedures
• Participate in an on-call rotation, providing critical coverage after-hours as needed
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure optimal case flow and quality outcomes

$1,935 - $2,040/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
