Qualifications:

• Current EP Tech certification or equivalent credential required
• At least 1 year of experience in Electrophysiology procedures, including pacemaker/ICD implantations, ablations, and device troubleshooting
• Proficiency in imaging modalities and EP equipment operations
• BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; adaptability in fast-paced or changing environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Support electrophysiology procedures including preparation, instrumentation, and imaging
• Collaborate with physicians and team members for safe, effective patient care
• Efficiently operate EP lab technology while maintaining strict adherence to protocols
• Document and communicate pertinent patient information before, during, and after procedures
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and training initiatives
