Seeking a skilled individual to provide expert support in an imaging-focused environment as an EP Tech. This contract position centers on electrophysiology (EP) technology, requiring both technical expertise and a commitment to quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.

Schedule:

  • 9-hour Day Shifts, totaling 36 hours per week
  • Shift times: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
  • No weekend rotation required
  • Facility is closed on holidays
  • No on-call or call-back responsibilities
  • No floating to other units

Essential Qualifications:

  • Certification or training as an EP Tech, with solid experience in imaging procedures related to electrophysiology
  • Proven competency in all aspects of EP lab technologist duties, including operation of imaging equipment, supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures, and maintaining patient safety
  • Current BLS or equivalent CPR certification
  • Ability to work well within interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, solutions-oriented attitude

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and support electrophysiology studies and ablation procedures utilizing advanced imaging technology
  • Monitor patient status throughout procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and optimal outcomes
  • Operate and maintain EP lab equipment, recognizing and troubleshooting issues as needed
  • Document procedures accurately in accordance with clinical guidelines and facility policies
  • Consistently uphold a high standard of infection control and patient confidentiality
