Advance your career with this exciting opportunity in a dynamic Cath/EP Lab environment. This contract position offers hands-on involvement in a facility renowned for excellence in cardiac procedures. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering top-notch patient care while strengthening your technical and clinical expertise.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time position
  • Weekdays, 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • One variable weekday off per week
  • On-call duty: 1 weekend per month (Friday 5:00 p.m. – Monday 6:30 a.m.)
  • Four weeknights per month (5:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. the next day)
  • No regular weekend shifts outside on-call requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1–2 years working in a cath/EP lab environment
  • Proficiency in scrubbing for heart catheterizations, peripheral vascular cases, structural heart interventions, and a range of EP procedures
  • Familiarity with the Merge Hemo documentation system preferred
  • RCIS or RCES licensure strongly preferred; ARRT with intervention cath lab scrubbing experience also considered
  • Active ACLS and BLS certification required
  • Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare for and assist with a variety of invasive cardiac and electrophysiology procedures
  • Scrub and circulate in the lab, ensuring all protocols are followed for patient safety and care standards
  • Accurately document procedures using facility systems, preferably Merge Hemo
  • Provide technical expertise in device and equipment handling during interventions
  • Maintain a high level of communication with colleagues to ensure seamless workflow
