Electrophysiology Technologist | Flint, Michigan

A seasoned professional with 1–2 years of experience in catheterization and electrophysiology (EP) laboratories is sought for a full-time position located in Flint, MI. This role demands expertise in scrubbing for a broad range of cardiovascular procedures including heart catheterizations, peripheral vascular interventions, structural heart procedures, and EP studies.

Location:
Situated at a healthcare facility in Flint, Michigan, the workplace offers a dynamic environment within a leading cath/EP lab unit.

Schedule:

• Full-time, weekdays from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• One variable weekday off per week
• On-call responsibilities include one weekend per month (from 5:00 PM Friday to 6:30 AM Monday)
• Four weeknights per month (from 5:00 PM to 6:30 AM next day)
• No additional weekend work outside of on-call

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of cath/EP lab experience
• Proficient in scrubbing all types of heart caths, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures
• Familiarity with Merge Hemo documentation system preferred
• Preferably RCIS or RCES licensure; ARRT licensure acceptable if scrub experience includes heart caths with interventions
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required

Responsibilities:

• Scrub efficiently during all cath and EP lab procedures
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and procedure success
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation using standard systems

This contract assignment spans approximately 13 weeks and offers an excellent opportunity to apply and expand specialized skills in a high-paced setting.
