Electrophysiology Technologist in Gastonia, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• 9-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week
• Shift time: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• No weekend rotation required
• Closed for holidays
• No on-call or call back duties

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated skills and prior experience as an EP Technologist
• Proficiency in EP imaging techniques and equipment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other medical professionals
• Certification in EP Technology and compliance with relevant licensure or credentialing, as required
• High level of attention to safety, detail, and patient confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate imaging equipment to assist with electrophysiology studies and cardiac procedures
• Ensure images are high-quality and facilitate accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
• Adhere to protocols, safety guidelines, and infection control measures at all times
• Coordinate workflow efficiently with the cardiac team during procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and equipment logs
• Communicate effectively with team members to optimize procedural efficiency
