Key Qualifications:
- Certification and/or registration as an EP Technologist strongly preferred
- Previous experience in electrophysiology laboratory or cardiac imaging environment
- Solid understanding of cardiac anatomy, EP study protocols, and mapping systems
- Skilled in the operation, calibration, and maintenance of electrophysiology/EP imaging equipment
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain)
- Excellent attention to detail, patient safety, and sterile technique
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians with diagnostic and interventional EP procedures, including device implants and ablations
- Operate specialized electrophysiology equipment, monitors, and mapping systems before, during, and after procedures
- Collect and document patient data, contributing to accurate study reporting
- Adhere to safety policies and maintain a sterile environment in the procedure room
- Prepare patients for procedures, provide instructions, and offer reassurance throughout the experience
- Monitor patient response and alert the care team to any changes
- Maintain inventory of supplies/equipment and report any malfunctions promptly

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
