You’ll build your resume while immersing yourself in specialized procedures such as Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, TAVR, and Left Atrial Appendage Closure. This travel assignment allows you to explore new environments, enjoy memorable leisure activities after your shifts, and savor meaningful downtime in a vibrant Midwest setting.

Schedule & Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One to two weeknight calls
  • Every fourth weekend rotation

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited radiology program (degree verification required)
  • ARRT registered
  • Wisconsin State Radiology Technologist License
  • Cardiovascular Technologist registration
  • BLS and ACLS Certifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify integrity and expiration of sterile supplies; ensure proper preparation of patient and equipment
  • Facilitate patient comfort and procedural understanding, ensuring application of monitors and sterile drapes
  • Scrub into procedures using best practices in sterile and aseptic technique
  • Advocate for radiation safety, ensure personal and staff protection, and monitor dosimeter readings
  • Meticulously document procedural events, fluoroscopy times, and radiation doses within safety limits
  • Prepare equipment for sterilization post-procedure and maintain required event logs
