Electrophysiology Technologist - Kansas City, Kansas

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized EP lab equipment, including mapping and recording devices, to assist physicians during electrophysiological studies and ablations.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, providing technical support throughout procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot EP lab equipment to ensure peak performance and patient safety.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and accurate documentation of procedures and patient data.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Certification as an EP Tech or equivalent cardiovascular technologist credential.
• Proven experience supporting electrophysiology procedures in a clinical or hospital setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, along with proficiency in EP lab technology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to enhance teamwork and maintain a patient-focused approach.
• Critical thinking skills and adaptability to manage rapidly changing clinical situations.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or the ability to obtain them prior to start).
