Electrophysiology Technologist in New Britain, CT

Schedule/Hours:

• 6:30am to 5:00pm, with assigned late days during the week
• No weekends or holidays required

Qualifications:

• Experience as an Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist
• Competency in imaging for cardiac EP procedures
• RCIS certification or ARRT (RT(R)) credential required
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate EP lab equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and assist in emergency situations as needed
• Accurately document procedures and patient responses in electronic health records
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards
• Regularly check and ensure the readiness and cleanliness of imaging and monitoring equipment

$2,589 - $2,739/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
