Electrophysiology Technologist in Sherman, IL

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as an EP Tech and Cath Lab Tech in a healthcare setting
• Strong understanding of diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures, including electrophysiology studies, ablations, pacemaker/ICD implantation, and cardiac catheterizations
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting imaging and EP equipment
• Excellent patient care, monitoring, and assessment skills during procedures
• Ability to assist physicians and other clinicians with technical aspects of diagnostic studies and interventions
• Current certifications (such as RCES, RCIS, or equivalent) are highly desired
• Compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols
• Strong teamwork, organization, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain a sterile field and necessary supplies for all EP and Cath Lab procedures
• Operate and maintain sophisticated imaging equipment and EP mapping technologies
• Monitor patient status and vital signs, ensuring safety and effective care throughout all procedures
• Document procedural details accurately and efficiently in accordance with hospital policies
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other staff to facilitate excellent clinical outcomes
• Remain up-to-date with the latest advancements and safety practices in cardiovascular imaging

$3,025 - $3,200/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
