Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Demonstrated experience in interventional radiology procedures
• Strong background in imaging and interventional radiology nursing
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Ability to thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced hospital environments
• Excellent intrapersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Detailed knowledge of sterile technique, patient sedation, and emergency protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to provide optimal patient care before, during, and after interventional procedures
• Monitor patient status, administer medications as needed, and manage patient recovery
• Safeguard sterile field and oversee procedural set-up and breakdown
• Educate patients and families on procedures, expected outcomes, and post-procedural care
• Respond to emergencies following hospital protocols and best nursing practices
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold patient privacy standards
