Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current, active RN licensure with demonstrated experience in Interventional Radiology
• Proficiency in imaging procedures, patient monitoring, and sedation administration
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required
• Prior use of electronic health records systems is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for a variety of interventional radiology procedures, ensuring safety and comfort
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, intervening as necessary
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and other care providers throughout the peri-procedural process
• Assist in the administration of medications and provide education to patients regarding post-procedure care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with policy and regulatory standards
• Support and uphold infection control, patient privacy, and safety protocols at all times
