Interventional Radiology in Candler, NC

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time schedule with flexible shifts depending on department needs

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Previous experience in Interventional Radiology and Imaging required
• ACLS and BLS certifications preferred
• Strong skills in vascular access, moderate sedation, and managing patients in a procedural setting
• Ability to collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent assessment, communication, and critical-thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and monitoring throughout interventional radiology procedures
• Prep, assess, and educate patients prior to procedures, ensuring clear understanding and informed consent
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and intervene promptly should complications arise
• Support physicians in imaging-guided procedures, including but not limited to angiograms, biopsies, and drain placements
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient responses
• Ensure all infection control and safety protocols are followed to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment focused on continuous improvement

$2,299 - $2,432/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
