Deliver high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse specializing in Interventional Radiology. In this contract opportunity, you will play a crucial role supporting imaging and interventional radiology procedures, collaborating with dedicated healthcare professionals to provide exceptional care throughout each step of the patient journey.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts available
• Full-time hours
• Some weekends or on-call rotations may be required

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Current RN license (unencumbered and valid)
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in interventional radiology or a related imaging setting
• Proven ability to monitor and respond to patient needs during procedures
• Strong knowledge of imaging modalities and radiology equipment
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist interventional radiologists during complex diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications or sedation as directed
• Operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Maintain accurate patient records and document procedural details promptly
• Assist with post-procedure care and patient recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and fellow nurses to deliver safe, effective care
