This 13-week role places you in a dynamic healthcare environment where you’ll provide critical Interventional Radiology (IR) support and work closely with a range of specialists. Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm or 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (dependent on patient schedule)
• On-call: One week every fourth week

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a radiologic technologist, or at least one year in Special Procedures/Vascular Interventional Radiology
• Recent IR/Hybrid OR experience is a must
• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) Radiographer Certification
• ARRT Radiography (R) Certification
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association

Preferred:

• Completion of an ARRT-accredited Vascular Interventional Radiology Program
• ARRT VI Radiology Certification

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist in a variety of IR procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Operate fluoroscopy, specialized imaging equipment, and maintain sterile technique in hybrid OR settings
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Document procedures accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards
