Interventional Radiologic Technologist in Arlington, TN

A contract opportunity is available for a skilled Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist ready to collaborate with a dynamic imaging team. This role specializes in advanced IR procedures, supporting both peripheral and neurovascular cases in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Schedule:

• 13-week assignment
• Typically four 10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (may occasionally require a fifth shift based on staffing needs)
• 36–40 hours per week
• Shift starts at 7:00 AM
• On-call required 7 days within a 5-week period, covering at least one Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Weekend shifts only during on-call rotation
• Must be available for holidays should one fall during the contract period

Qualifications:

• Valid ARRT licensure
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years’ dedicated IR experience, including both peripheral and neurovascular procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
• Strong attention to procedural details and patient safety
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist radiologists and physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment and support devices
• Monitor and document patient condition throughout procedures
• Maintain strict compliance with safety procedures and infection control standards
• Provide high-quality patient care before, during, and after interventions
• Participate in on-call rotation as scheduled
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of all procedures
