Necessary Qualifications and Experience:
- Current certification and registration as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent required)
- Recent, relevant experience in interventional imaging procedures
- In-depth knowledge of imaging equipment and IR protocols
- Strong understanding of sterile techniques, radiation safety, and documentation standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff
- Adaptability and organizational skills to work efficiently during dynamic case loads
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist physicians with vascular and non-vascular interventional procedures by operating IR imaging equipment
- Prep, position, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures ensuring comfort and safety
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control, radiation protection, and clinical policies
- Prepare and maintain medical equipment and consumables needed for IR cases
- Accurately document patient information and procedural data in electronic medical records
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and work collaboratively with the healthcare team

$2,672 - $2,826/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
