Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography, with IR specialty preferred
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in interventional radiology
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings and adapt to new technology

Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic interventional procedures under physician guidance
• Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment with excellence
• Ensure patient safety and best practices in radiation protection
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other technologists
• Accurately document procedures and patient information in electronic health records
• Help train and mentor less experienced staff as needed
