Schedule/Hours:
- 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Rotational after-hours call (includes weekends: Friday 4 pm through Monday 7:30 am)
- Holiday on-call rotation
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist
- Active BLS certification
- ARRT (RT)(R) required; (VI) certification strongly preferred
- Experience with GE Innova, MedRad Injector, GE Logic Book, and Angiojet
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Cerner/RadNet preferred)
- Comfort working with a range of adult patient populations, including inmate patients
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Operate advanced imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality patient care and imaging outcomes
- Support interventional procedures including dialysis catheter placements, IVCs, TIPPS, and CT biopsies
- Manage documentation and workflow within Cerner/RadNet EMRs
- Work collaboratively alongside fellow IR Techs, IR RNs, and Radiologists
- Maintain readiness for rotational on-call shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Participate in department and floor-specific orientation
