Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • ARRT certification with advanced credentials in Interventional Radiology (IR)
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Radiologic Technologist in Georgia
  • Minimum of one year recent IR Tech experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sterile technique and interventional equipment
  • Experience assisting with vascular and non-vascular procedures
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, high-volume procedural environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and position patients for interventional radiology procedures
  • Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment safely and accurately
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes
  • Ensure strict compliance with radiation safety and infection control protocols
  • Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and procedure documentation
