Travel Interventional Radiology Tech | Aurora, Colorado

Schedule/Hours:

• Alternating shifts: 6:30A – 5P and 7A – 4P
• On-call: 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month (possible holiday coverage)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of vascular and neuro interventional radiology procedures including strokes, aneurysms, gastrointestinal bleeds, and nephrostomy.
• Work efficiently with a team of 2 IR Techs and 1 IR RN in a 5-suite interventional unit featuring advanced Siemens bi-plane and single-plane equipment.
• Utilize electronic medical records (Meditech) and PACS systems (GE Centricity).
• Maintain a professional environment and adhere to strict black scrub attire as required.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a 24-month AMA-approved school of Radiological Technology
• ARRT RT (R) certification and BLS required
• Advanced proficiency in vascular interventional radiology procedures with minimal guidance
• Experience with neuro interventional procedures (strokes, aneurysms, SAH) preferred
• Strong teamwork and adaptability in a level 1 trauma and comprehensive stroke center environment
