Make a direct impact in patient care by supporting a range of minimally invasive, image-guided procedures in a dynamic hospital environment. As an Interventional Procedural Technologist, you'll be responsible for running advanced imaging equipment, maintaining sterile technique, and circulating cases in both radiology and operating room settings. This role calls for a skilled IR Technologist with a strong background in neuro, cardiac, or vascular procedures.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certified and experienced in IR (Interventional Radiology) technology
  • Proficiency in operating imaging equipment relevant to IR procedures
  • Prior experience with diagnostic and interventional cases such as:
    • Angiography, embolization, venous access
    • Venography, myelography, abdominal interventions
    • Paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsy
    • TIPS procedures, dialysis access/fistula work
    • Y90/SIRT exposure
  • Comfort in sterile scrubbing and circulating responsibilities
  • Exposure to neuro, cardiac, or vascular surgery settings strongly preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in radiology and OR environments

Core Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, operate, and troubleshoot imaging equipment for a variety of IR procedures
  • Maintain sterile technique and assist with scrubbing in interventional cases
  • Circulate in the radiology and operating rooms to support patient safety and procedural needs
  • Ensure thorough documentation and adherence to best practices for imaging and intervention
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, and nursing staff
