Key Qualifications:

• Current certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (IR Tech), with experience preferred in a hospital or clinical setting
• Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) credentials and BLS certification required
• Proficiency with imaging equipment, sterile procedures, and effective patient care during minimally invasive vascular/therapeutic procedures
• Ability to work collaboratively with radiologists and the care team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility to participate in on-call, weekend, and holiday rotations as required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist during all interventional radiology procedures, ensuring optimal imaging and patient safety at every step
• Manage and maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide high-quality diagnostic images
• Monitor patients’ condition and provide vital support pre-, intra-, and post-procedure
• Document procedures, maintain accurate records, and uphold compliance with HIPAA and facility protocols
• Foster a positive and supportive patient experience through clear instruction and compassionate care
