This contract opportunity involves collaborating with skilled healthcare professionals and utilizing advanced technology to support patient care across the full spectrum of imaging services.
Schedule/Hours:
- Monday to Friday, rotational 8-hour shifts: 7:00 am–3:30 pm, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, 9:00 am until procedures are completed (call days included)
- Rotational call coverage on weekdays and weekends
Qualifications:
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications are required
- Graduate of a NLN-accredited school of nursing
- Demonstrated experience in Interventional Radiology
- Neuro Interventional Radiology experience preferred
- Proficient in providing moderate sedation within imaging departments (including CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Radiology)
- Adaptability to rotate across all Medical Imaging departments
- Professionalism and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to wear blue scrubs as required by dress code
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of advanced imaging procedures, including interventional radiology interventions and moderate sedation
- Adhere to department guidelines and hospital protocols utilizing Meditech documentation system
- Float efficiently across different imaging units to meet patient care needs
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in rotational weekday and weekend call coverage
