Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) - Charlotte, North Carolina

Schedule/Hours:

• 5:00 AM to 2:30 PM
• 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM
• No on-call required

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
• Minimum of one year hands-on experience as an Interventional Radiology Tech
• Proficient in vascular and non-vascular IR procedures
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and radiation safety practices
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain complex imaging equipment for IR procedures
• Prepare and assist patients throughout diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate seamlessly with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists during procedures
• Accurately complete required documentation and imaging records
• Monitor patients for reactions and changes during procedures
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols
