Schedule/Hours:

• 0hr Day Shift (40 hours per week)
• Monday through Friday
• On-call responsibilities: 7-10 shifts per month
• Weekend rotation: Call only
• Holiday requirements: Call only, 1 holiday per contract

Key Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as an IR Tech in an imaging setting
• Proficiency in interventional radiology procedures and techniques
• Active and unrestricted certification/licensure as required by state standards
• Ability to float to CT if accompanying a patient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Dependable in high-pressure, on-call situations
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of interventional radiology imaging procedures with precision and safety
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Respond promptly to on-call and call-back assignments, including weekends and one holiday per contract
• Ensure quality control and maintain equipment in accordance with safety regulations
• Coordinate with other departments when floating to CT and ensure continuity of care for assigned patients
• Maintain thorough, accurate patient records and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment
