Interventional Radiologic Technologist in Cincinnati, OH

Step into a vital role supporting patient care as an Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, operate, and maintain sophisticated imaging and interventional radiology equipment.
• Assist physicians with a variety of IR procedures, including angiography, biopsies, and vascular access.
• Provide clear patient instructions and support pre-, during, and post-procedure to ensure comfort and safety.
• Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and respond promptly to emergent situations during procedures.
• Uphold strict infection control standards and maintain a safe, organized environment in the IR suite.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other health professionals to ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with current licensure; IR specialty credential highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in interventional radiology or vascular procedures.
• Proficient in operation of advanced IR and imaging equipment.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and radiological safety practices.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to remain calm in high-pressure clinical situations.
