Key Qualifications:
- Valid IR Tech certification (ARRT or equivalent)
- State licensure for Tennessee, or eligibility to obtain before start date
- Proficiency with interventional radiology equipment and technology
- Minimum of 1 year of IR Tech experience preferred
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- BLS certification required; ACLS a plus
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and operate imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures
- Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Assess, position, and monitor patients throughout imaging studies
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all safety and compliance standards
- Support the department with organization and inventory of IR supplies
