Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) | Concord, North Carolina

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) with current IR Tech credentials required
• Valid state licensure to practice as an IR Tech
• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in an Interventional Radiology setting
• Proficient in the operation of complex imaging equipment
• Strong understanding of sterile technique and radiation safety
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced, high-acuity situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist with a variety of interventional radiology procedures
• Operate and maintain imaging systems following hospital protocols
• Adhere to safety standards, including dose reduction and infection control
• Ensure accurate patient positioning, monitoring, and documentation before, during, and after procedures
• Support physicians during image-guided procedures, providing technical assistance as needed
• Maintain accurate logs and imaging records in accordance with facility standards
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment and provide excellent patient care throughout the procedure process
