Qualifications & Experience:
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
- State licensure to practice in California
- Minimum of one year of recent IR Tech experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of vascular/interventional radiology procedures and imaging equipment
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare team members
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment for interventional procedures
- Prepare, position, and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
- Adhere to radiation safety and infection control protocols
- Accurately document all relevant patient data and procedure details
- Assist physicians in complex cases and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
