Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain specialized IR imaging equipment to deliver high-quality diagnostic and interventional images.
• Assist physicians during minimally invasive procedures by preparing instruments, contrast agents, and maintaining sterile field protocols.
• Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and responding to any urgent needs.
• Perform thorough patient assessments, provide clear instructions, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Document patient information, procedure details, and post-procedural notes in electronic medical records adhering to facility standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active certification as a Radiologic Technologist, with additional certification or registration in Interventional Radiology preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or imaging center.
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting IR imaging modalities and related technology.
• Comprehensive understanding of aseptic techniques, patient monitoring, and radiation safety.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS certification desirable.
