Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) | Dearborn, Michigan

Seeking an experienced professional to fill an Imaging - IR Tech position on a 13-week contract assignment. The ideal candidate will provide expert vascular interventional radiology services alongside a collaborative team and high-acuity patient population. Demonstrated skill in IR procedures and proficiency with Epic are required.

Schedule:

• 8am – 4pm, Monday through Friday
• On-call rotation included

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interventional radiology, including vascular procedures
• Strong working knowledge of Epic electronic health record system
• Registered with appropriate national certification for IR Tech
• Compliance with regulatory and hospital policies
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including vascular access, angiography, and other IR techniques
• Assist physicians throughout procedures, maintaining a sterile field and ensuring patient safety
• Operate, calibrate, and monitor complex imaging equipment
• Document all procedures and maintain accurate records using Epic
• Provide patient care before, during, and after procedures, including monitoring vital signs and post-procedure assessments
• Respond to emergency situations quickly and effectively as required
• Participate in on-call schedule as assigned
