Key Qualifications:

• Current ARRT (R) certification, with IR credential preferred
• Valid state radiology license as applicable
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Interventional Radiology
• BLS certification
• Proficiency with IR imaging equipment and sterile technique
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality imaging procedures in Interventional Radiology, assisting physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Ensure safety protocols for patients and staff, including proper use of contrast media and radiation protection
• Accurately document procedures and patient records
• Collaborate seamlessly with radiologists, nurses, and other team members
• Educate patients regarding exams and provide compassionate support throughout procedures
