Key Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (R) certification and active state licensure
- Minimum of one year of recent experience as an IR Tech in a hospital or large clinical setting
- Proficiency in vascular, neuro, and body IR procedures
- Familiarity with standard imaging equipment and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging equipment to assist physicians in minimally invasive, image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout each procedure
- Accurately document imaging results and patient information in electronic health records
- Maintain cleanliness and calibration of imaging equipment
- Adhere to all safety, privacy, and infection control standards
- Provide patient education and support during procedures
