Travel Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) | Endicott, New York

Schedule/Hours:

• 4x10 hour shifts
• 7:30a – 6:00p
• On-call REQUIRED every other weekend (call hours begin Friday 4:30p, ending Monday 7:30a; must report within 30 minutes of being called)

Qualifications:

• ARRT(R) certification
• New York State License
• BLS certification
• IR and neurointerventional experience required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for all IR and neurointerventional procedures (including discograms, angiography, ablations, and spinal lesion embolization)
• Operate and maintain advanced imaging equipment following safety standards
• Deliver clinical assistance, both sterile and non-sterile, as needed during procedures
• Instruct students/residents and serve as a preceptor
• Perform quality assurance checks and maintain supply inventory
• Utilize scheduling and information systems efficiently
• Ensure accurate coding for procedures
• Stay current with new techniques through continuing education
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with all incident reporting protocols
• Complete other related duties as required
