Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current certification as an Interventional Radiologic Technologist (ARRT registered with IR specialization preferred)
  • Valid state license as required by regulatory agencies
  • Minimum of one year of recent experience as an IR Tech or in a related imaging modality
  • In-depth knowledge of fluoroscopy, vascular procedures, and advanced imaging technology
  • Proficiency with sterile technique and radiologic safety protocols
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • BLS certification; ACLS highly desired

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate imaging equipment for vascular and interventional procedures
  • Prepare and assist patients before, during, and after procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff during interventions
  • Monitor equipment function and complete routine quality control checks
  • Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies
  • Adhere strictly to all infection control and patient privacy standards
  • Participate in ongoing department education and training initiatives

$2,672 - $2,826/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
