Travel Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) - Hyattsville, Maryland

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour days
• Weekend call required: 1 full weekend per month
• On-call rotation: Approximately 7-10 days per month; STEMI call response within 30 minutes
• Block scheduling not available

Required Qualifications:

• ARRT certification
• Valid Maryland Radiologic Technologist license (pending license accepted)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with imaging and IR procedures
• Strict adherence to a no-tobacco policy (applicants who use nicotine in any form cannot be considered)
• Acute care or trauma hospital experience preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of interventional radiology procedures efficiently and safely
• Manage a caseload of 8-12 cases daily, ensuring high standards of patient care
• Accurately document using Cerner and McKesson charting systems
• Participate in STEMI call team with a guaranteed 2-hour call-back
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
