Travel Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) | Kansas City, Kansas

This travel opportunity on the interventional radiology team provides unparalleled exposure to a fast-paced, high-volume setting renowned for embracing best practices and innovative imaging techniques. Operating within a 7-room siloed IR suite, you’ll handle a diverse caseload that includes both inpatient and outpatient procedures, fostering professional growth through collaboration with accomplished medical professionals and varied leadership styles.

Schedule/Hours:

• Day shifts, 10 hours each
• Monday through Friday
• No weekends or mandatory holidays
• On-call as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ IR experience (scrub experience required)
• Preferably 3 years’ IR experience in a large hospital setting, with peripheral and neurovascular experience
• ARRT Radiography certification
• Kansas State Board of Healing Arts license (must be active and in hand for submittal)
• Experience with Siemens imaging systems preferred
• Ability to thrive within a high-volume, siloed workflow

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interventional radiology imaging support for a high volume of procedures
• Float as needed within the department for expanded learning
• Operate state-of-the-art Siemens equipment: Artis icono, Artis Q, Artis zee (single-plane)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care
