This travel opportunity is designed for experienced IR Tech professionals eager to broaden their resume and skill set. You’ll gain exposure to a large, fast-paced hospital environment, operating advanced Siemens imaging systems, supporting 7 specialized IR rooms, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team handling a high volume and diversity of cases. Schedule / Hours:
- Day shifts, 10-hour shifts (40 hours/week)
- Monday through Friday, rotating day off
- No weekends, on-call as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years IR with scrub experience; 3 years preferred
- Large hospital experience and neurovascular exposure advantageous
- Current ARRT Radiography and Kansas State Board of Healing Arts certification required at submission
- Comfortable floating to other IR units if needed
- New graduates not accepted
Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist with a wide range of IR procedures, including lines for hospital-wide patients and outpatient services
- Operate Siemens Artis systems (icono, Q, zee; single-plane)
- Maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment (60–65 cases daily)
- Attend bi-weekly orientation and nursing orientation
