Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) | Lake City, South Carolina

Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services as a proficient Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist. Qualifications & Experience:

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography; IR certification preferred
• Valid state license to practice as a Radiology Technologist
• Minimum of one year’s experience as an IR Tech in a clinical or hospital setting
• In-depth knowledge of IR procedures, fluoroscopy, and advanced imaging equipment
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
• Demonstrated commitment to patient safety, privacy, and compassionate care

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist radiologists with invasive imaging procedures, including vascular and non-vascular interventions
• Prepare and operate imaging equipment, ensuring optimal image quality and equipment safety
• Monitor patients’ well-being and vital signs during procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation and imaging records
• Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention, radiation safety, and facility protocols
• Perform post-procedure patient care and provide recovery support as needed

$2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
