Interventional Radiologic Technologist (IR) - Mason, Ohio

Qualifications:

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology required
• Minimum of one year of experience as an IR Tech or in Imaging – IR Tech
• Demonstrated proficiency in interventional radiology procedures and fluoroscopy
• Knowledge of sterile technique and ability to assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Current BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining patient safety and high imaging quality

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate interventional radiology equipment for a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other team members to ensure accurate and safe imaging support
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring comfort and adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain documentation for each procedure, including patient records and equipment logs
• Monitor equipment functioning and follow established protocols for cleaning and maintenance
• Adhere to infection control standards and all healthcare facility policies
• Assist with inventory control and the stocking of IR suites

$2,783 - $2,944/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
