Interventional Radiologic Technologist - Meriden, CT

This contract role calls for a skilled IR Tech who excels in both vascular and neuro interventional procedures, with neuro experience being essential. You'll be part of a dynamic imaging department committed to delivering exceptional care.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (40 hours weekly)
• On call every other weekend
• Rotating call Monday to Friday
• One holiday on call (if within assignment period)

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an IR Tech, with expertise in both vascular and neuro interventional cases
• Neuro intervention experience is required
• ARRT (R) certification and/or relevant state licensure
• Familiarity with EPIC, Synapse, and Startrack is a plus; however, comprehensive training is provided
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide array of interventional radiology procedures, specializing in neuro and vascular interventions
• Ensure patient safety and high-quality imaging throughout each procedure
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and technologists
• Utilize electronic medical records and imaging systems efficiently (training provided as needed)
• Respond to on-call duties as scheduled, including occasional holidays per contract terms
