A dynamic healthcare environment is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to provide specialized imaging services. This contract position focuses on supporting both vascular and neuro interventional procedures with a particular emphasis on neuro cases. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient care.

Schedule:

  • 7:30 am – 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday (40 hours/week)
  • Rotating call schedule including on-call duty every other weekend and M-F rotation
  • On call during one holiday if it occurs within your contract period

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Radiologic Technologist; active ARRT (R) required
  • Proven expertise in both vascular and neuro interventional radiology—neuro experience is essential
  • Strong understanding of imaging principles and patient safety protocols
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new software, including EPIC, Synapse, and Startrack (training provided)
  • Effective communication skills and team-oriented approach to patient care
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity settings

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a broad range of interventional radiologic procedures, prioritizing both vascular and neuro interventions
  • Ensure excellence in patient preparation, procedural imaging, documentation, and post-procedure care
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including radiologists, nurses, and technologists
  • Maintain high standards of infection control, equipment maintenance, and regulatory compliance
  • Respond efficiently to on-call duties, demonstrating flexibility and strong troubleshooting skills

$2,710 - $2,867/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
