As a travel Imaging - IR Tech in a fast-paced special procedures unit, you’ll engage with a seasoned team and experience varied workplace practices and leadership styles, enriching your skills and offering room for personal and professional growth.

Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating day shifts (team consists exclusively of day shifts)
• On-call requirement: 1 week per month

Qualifications:

• Registered with ARRT
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS certification required
• Prior experience in interventional radiology or special procedures preferred
• Adaptability and ability to function independently in a fast-moving environment are assets

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a range of interventional radiology procedures including Y90, prostate embolism, tunneled catheter placement, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
• Operate Philips IR table and document patient information using Meditech
• Support high standards of patient care in collaboration with a supportive team of 8 staff members
• Adhere to department protocols and foster a positive patient experience
