IR Technologist in Monroe, GA

An opportunity is available for an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist with a neuro focus in Monroe, GA. This position offers a contract assignment with a schedule designed to provide a balanced workweek and opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality imaging procedures in the interventional radiology suite with a focus on neurological cases
• Prepare patients and equipment for IR procedures ensuring safety and compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient care
• Maintain accurate patient and procedure documentation
• Respond to calls approximately 9-10 days per month, providing essential coverage for urgent cases

Qualifications:

• Current BLS certification required
• Proven experience working in neuro interventional radiology
• Skilled in operating IR imaging technology and supporting complex procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to manage call schedule responsibilities effectively

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• On-call duty approximately 9-10 days monthly
• Availability during the week of December 29 is essential
