An exciting opportunity is available for an Imaging Specialist proficient in Interventional Radiology (IR) to support a dedicated healthcare environment on a contract basis. Schedule/Hours

• 12-hour day shifts
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekend-focused position

Qualifications

• Certification and experience as an IR Technologist
• Strong background in imaging, particularly Interventional Radiology procedures
• Ability to fulfill on-call and call-back responsibilities as required
• Willingness to float to other areas as necessary to support patient care
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to work holidays as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Perform Interventional Radiology imaging procedures with precision and attention to safety
• Support physicians and clinical teams during IR procedures while ensuring patient comfort
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Adhere to facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
• Respond promptly to call-back situations and provide excellent care in emergent scenarios
• Ensure equipment is prepared, maintained, and used efficiently for day-to-day and on-call operations
• Float to support related imaging services as needed
