Interventional Radiologic Technologist in Mooresville, NC

Key Details:

• Schedule: 5x8 and 12-hour shifts (combination offered)

Qualifications:

• Certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT preferred)
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge of IR imaging techniques and patient preparation
• Proven experience in handling specialized equipment for both diagnostic and interventional radiology procedures
• Current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients and equipment for interventional imaging procedures
• Operate IR imaging systems to assist in diagnostic and minimally invasive interventions
• Monitor patient safety and comfort during procedures
• Accurately maintain detailed imaging and procedural records in compliance with facility protocols
• Maintain a clean, safe imaging environment, adhering to infection control guidelines
• Assist in on-call rotations as needed and respond swiftly to urgent cases
